Knoxville residents in the East and West police districts can attend the Knoxville Police Department Commander Forum on Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Bearden Branch Library, 100 Golf Club Road, Knoxville.
The forum gives residents an opportunity to learn about crime trends in their area, ask questions of KPD officers and meet officers who patrol Knoxville neighborhoods.
