WHEREAS, James Matthew Daugherty, executed to A. Nicole Troutt, Trustee, for Kimberly A. Cook and Dustin Phillip Martin, a Deed of Trust dated August 12, 2014, and recorded at Instrument No. 201408130009212 in the Register’s Office for Knox County, Tennessee to secure the payment of indebtedness described therein, as modified by Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated January 30, 2019 recorded at Instrument No. 201902050046546 in the Register’s Office for Knox County, Tennessee, whereby E. Richards Brabham, III, was appointed Substitute Trustee with all the rights, powers, privileges, immunities and authority of the original Trustee thereunder, as assigned by Assignment of Deed of Trust dated February 7, 2019 and recorded at Instrument No. 201902110047555, in the Register’s Office for Knox County, Tennessee (together, the “Deed of Trust”);
