SHANKS, by a Deed of Trust dated January 20, 2012, of record in instrument number 201202070043396 in the Knox County Register of Deeds Office (the “Deed of Trust”) conveyed the real property herein described to Tennessee Trust Title as Trustee to secure the payment of a promissory note executed on the same date (the “Note”);
WHEREAS, the Note is payable to JANE ANN STEFFEY (the “Beneficiary”);
