Default having been made by the Debtors in the terms, conditions and payments of a certain purchase-money indebtedness evidenced by a purchase money promissory note and secured by the lien of a Purchase Money Deed of Trust of record in Instrument No. 201212060037228 in the Register’s Office for Knox County, Tennessee, executed by Fred S. Wines and Jenny M. Wines, to J. Nolan Sharbel, Trustee for Lillie M. Nichols and Brenda F.
