We’re only one week away from this years’ Ancient Sounds Music Festival! The weather is looking sunny and warm, and we are excited to have our beautiful historic property filled with the rich notes of the Celtic and Appalachian music! This festival offers an opportunity for visitors to be immersed in captivating melodies and foot-stomping rhythms as talented musicians and performers transport you to a bygone era.

Be sure to purchase your tickets soon! Dinner in the Fork tickets need to be purchased in advance, and if you buy a Multi-day ticket, you can save $20!! Read on below for some more information about the wonderful musical groups who will be preforming, and all the other wonderful things happening this Labor Day weekend!

Join us Friday, September 1st for Dinner in the Fork starting at 5:30pm, an extraordinary evening of delicious foods and toe-tapping tunes! 2 Coaches Catering and a drink complimentary of Sugarlands Distilling Company or Schulz Bräu Brewing Company will accompany the music of The Sternwheelers and The New Johns Creek Grass!

Return to the Historic Ramsey House on Saturday, September 2nd for day two of the festival, Gathering on the Grounds! Rain or shine, bring a blanket or chair to enjoy food trucks, local brews, Living historians in period clothing, local artisans and incredible regional talent! Gates open at 11:30 and the lineup is as follows:
12 pm: Tennessee Travelers
1 pm: WestWend
2 pm: Wild Blue Yonder
3 pm: Nicholas Edward Williams
4 pm: Four Leaf Peat
