The next meeting of the Alice Bell/Springhill Neighborhood will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 7 p.m. at New Harvest Park. The guest speaker will be a representative of the new owners of Knoxville Center. They are looking for input as to what people would like to see at the Mall.
