In a legal demand letter to the City of Knoxville by five plaintiffs the city government has been notified they have violated parts of the City Charter in their haste to enact Recode Knoxville which is the complete recoding and rezoning of all 76,000 parcels of property in Knoxville owned by 50,000 individuals. Future legal action is threatened and an injunction on Recode will be sought.
