Deadline to nominate your Good Neighbor is today

The deadline to nominate your good neighbor(s) is Friday! If you have a neighbor who goes above and beyond to help individuals, your neighborhood or the community at large, please consider nominating this person for the Diana Conn Good Neighbor of the Year Award.

This award is presented annually to Knoxville resident who — in a spirit of cooperation and with a commitment to inclusive community — has devoted time and talent in service to his or her neighbors and neighborhood. The award is meant to honor someone who makes a positive contribution at the neighborhood level without seeking recognition for their service.

The deadline for nominations is 4:30 p.m. this Friday, Dec. 2. Nominees must live within Knoxville city limits. Previous nominees may be nominated again. More than one nomination may be submitted for a single nominee.  The winner and all nominees will be honored at an invitation-only dinner in early March 2023. Nomination forms can be found on the Office of Neighborhood Empowerment’s website.
