Guest Speaker Will Boggs

Our guest speaker is Will Boggs. Will is a proud University of South Carolina alum. His degree in international business has provided him opportunities to visit over 60 countries. Following his college graduation, Will along with his wife, Katie, founded Raising a Voice. Raising a Voice seeks to help vulnerable and exploited women all around the world. Raising a Voice is based in East Knoxville and serves women locally, but also in 3 countries overseas.

In addition to his work with Raising a Voice, Will and Katie helped start Likewise Coffee located at 1209 E Magnolia Ave. The coffee shop is owned by the nonprofit and is used as a way to provide jobs and interest in East Knoxville, but also as a revenue stream for the nonprofit. Aside from Will’s work with Raising a Voice and Likewise Coffee, he also serves as a business consultant for nonprofits with social enterprises.
