Henley Street Bridge reopening delayed until 2014

Due to the fact that 3 piers must be rebuilt, the bridge, which was originally scheduled to re-open later his summer, will remain closed until February 2014. Rebuilding the piers will add an estimated $6 million dollars to the $24.7 million dollar price tag.
