National Weather Service certified rain gauge for  weather station TN-KX-30 in Concord TN is frozen.

National Weather Service and Cocorahs certified rain gauge is of little use this morning. Frozen at the funnel, no accurate precipitation data was collected this morning. For more information on becoming a certified precipitation observer visit    http://www.cocorahs.org/  .
