Members of the community are invited to join Knox County Schools in honoring service this Veterans Day.
Staff, families, and community partners are invited to purchase and wear the district’s special Honoring Service T-shirt on November 11 to recognize KCS staff members who have served and are currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Every $20 shirt purchased helps support KCS JROTC Programs.
Use the link here to preorder by October 14. Purchasers can have their shirt mailed to them with paid shipping fees or pick their shirt up at the Knox Central Building located at 1000 North Central Street on Thursday, October 29 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This is the second year the district has held the Honoring Service T-Shirt Fundraiser, but the first year the community has been invited to participate.
