Due to inclement weather and closings for the flu, two of Knox County Schools’ strategic plan community meetings—at Carter Middle and Cedar Bluff Middle—had to be rescheduled.

The Carter Middle School meeting has been set for Tuesday, Feb. 27. The Cedar Bluff Middle School meeting has been set for Thursday, March 8. The meetings represent the remaining two of nine scheduled strategic plan meetings.

Each meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. and consists of a short student performance, a brief introduction and explanation of the process followed by a breakout discussion led by volunteer facilitators and a report back in the main meeting room.

Though the meetings are designated as district meetings, each is open to the entire public.
