K2 committee chairperson Hubert Smith listens intently as items regarding title VI are being discussed.

The K2 Committee of the Knoxville Transportation Authority met at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, in the Training Room at Knoxville Station, 301 Church Avenue, Knoxville, TN to discuss the development of required policies pursuant to the Federal Transit Administration’s new Title VI regulations.
