Eleven of the candidates for Knoxville City Council will attend a candidate forum at the Knoxville News Sentinel Building on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. The forum will be moderated by WATE’s Blake Stevens and is co-sponsored by Centro Hispano, the Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Knoxville Chapter of the NAACP, the Greater Knoxville Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Knoxville Area Urban League Young Professionals and the Knoxville News Sentinel. The candidates will be available for interviews immediately following the forum.
