PK HOPE IS ALIVE Parkinsons Support Group of Knoxville/Oak Ridge would like to invite you to our upcoming meeting and first annual MILD CHILI COOK OFF!! on Tuesday, January 18 at Central Baptist Church located at 130 Providence Road. in Oak Ridge (across from Oak Ridge High School). We are excited to hear our speaker, Zack Guza, trainer/founder of BlackDogFitness and trainer RockSteadyBoxing classes for persons with Parkinson’s. Zach will be sharing insights on exercise and fun.
