Red White and Blues starts a soggy 4th

Soggy in Farragut.

 

A small crowd assembled on July 3rd, at the Farragut Red, White, and Blues Festival. For those who did attend, they were entertained by local bands. Also many local vendors participated and some even gave out free food.
