Ruthie Kuhlman elected Chairwoman of the Knox County GOP

Long time Republican activist and community leader, Ruthie Kuhlman, will now chair the Knox County GOP. Kuhlman defeated both John Gabriel and Buddy Burkhart for the position. Buddy Burkhart will serve as first vice-chair.
