The Tennessee Artists Association will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 21, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 6500 Northshore Dr., Knoxville. This meeting is free and open to anyone interested in the arts in East Tennessee. Refreshments will be served.
The program will feature a member-to-member critique session facilitated by artist Kira Evans. This session will demonstrate how artists can benefit from sharing a work-in-progress with trusted colleagues, receive feedback that follows specific guidelines for constructive criticism, and gain insight into their creative process. The artists have already been preselected for this exercise and will demonstrate “best practices” for giving and receiving constructive feedback.
