Nashville’s Iconic Music and Dining Venue Has Broken Ground on its Second Location

The Listening Room, one of Nashville’s most iconic music and dining venues, recently announced its second location in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Slated to open Summer 2021, Owner and Operator Chris Blair recently broke ground on the venue in Pigeon Forge’s Mountain Mile on Teaster Lane.

As The Listening Room’s first location outside of Nashville, the venue will seek to bring the city’s most iconic songwriters, artists, and culinary pursuits to East Tennessee. Coming in at just under 10,000-square-feet, the space will feature an expansive stage, indoor and outdoor seating, Bose sound system, a full-service kitchen and two full-service bars. Nestled just off of the Riverwalk Greenway, visiting guests will be within walking distance from Pigeon Forge’s most popular attractions, adjacent to top resort accommodations, and only 15 minutes from nearby Gatlinburg.

“The Listening Room has always prided itself on spreading joy and community through live music,” said Blair. “We feel blessed by the opportunity to foster a new community in the vibrant town of Pigeon Forge, and offer our current artists, as well as future artists, a second stage to share their craft. This past year has been so difficult for the music industry, but we are really excited to support our nation’s songwriters through new opportunities.”

Visitors to The Listening Room Pigeon Forge can expect 1-2 live music rounds per night alongside a full menu of American cuisine and a robust cocktail list. As doors begin to open this summer, the venue will deploy a full register of existing safety standards, including reduced capacities, sanitization schedules and tables spaced six feet apart.
