VisitMYSmokies. com will unveil “Smoky Mountain Stories” a new video docuseries featuring the hidden treasure and breathtaking beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The stories to premiere on May 19 highlights some of the best attractions and accommodations in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.

The series is so unique and remarkable. The videos were produced and directed by Jeff “Dock” Dockweiler from LA, a veteran writer/director/producer/acting coach whose creative work has impacted hundreds of popular TV shows and movies. Smoky Mountain Stories also boasts a remarkable lineup of renowned actors in the stories.

“We are so excited to release the new Smoky Mountain Stories. The stories are unbelievable because they captivate the Smokies in such a way you’ll never forget.  These videos are like no other.  The stories take an inside look at the incredible attractions and places to stay that continue to draw 12 million visitors to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville each year,” said Angela Atchley, tourism director for Sevier County Government.

“Smoky Mountain Stories” boasts a remarkable lineup of renowned personalities, featuring host Juliana DeStefano (13 Reasons Why, What Remains, Deep Blue Nightmare and more) Gonzalo Menendez (Spectral, 12 Rounds, Colony, Breaking Bad, CSI: Miami, Bad Monkey and more), James Shelley (multi-platinum producer/singer/songwriter), Jillian Steele (Nashville-based indie pop singer/songwriter), Casie Chegwidden (NYC model), and Kevin Whitted (former University of Tennessee and professional basketball player). Along with introducing rising new talents Sydney Ruddock, Nia Asanza and Dee Casserly.

The first two episodes of “Smoky Mountain Stories” will premiere on May 19, 2023, with new episodes scheduled to be released every two weeks. To commemorate the launch, VisitMySmokies.com is hosting an exciting giveaway for an all-inclusive trip to the Smoky Mountains, complete with a two-night cabin stay along with tickets to shows, attractions, and more! The contest runs from May 5 to May 19 with the official video series premiere at 8:00 PM EST on May 19, 2023.
