Cattywampus Puppet Council’s Fall Ball

Cattywampus Puppet Council invites the community to its unique Fall Ball on Saturday, Oct. 21, from 7-10 p.m. at The Old City Performing Arts Center located at 111 State Street. The festive evening aims to raise $35,000 to support the nonprofit’s initiatives for 2024, embracing the essence of community-driven art and puppetry.

Rachel Milford, executive director of Cattywampus Puppet Council, says, “The Fall Ball is both a fundraiser and a celebration of eight years of cultivating Knoxville through people-powered art. This is an evening not to be missed.”

Guests are encouraged to don imaginative attire, from duct tape tuxedos to butterfly wings, or to simply come as they are. With music, dancing, refreshments, a silent auction and signature giant puppets, the event promises to be unforgettable. Special performances by Knox Honkers & Bangers and a vintage vinyl Halloween DJ set by Xerox the Kidd are also in store.

Tickets for the Fall Ball are available at www.bit.ly/cattywampusfallball, with proceeds fueling the organization’s mission and 2024 programming.
