“This past Sunday on WBIR’s local politics program “Inside Tennessee” UT President Randy Boyd was asked about UT’s desire to move the President’s office to the vacant East TVA Tower. Boyd said that UT must wait for the Knox County School Board to decide first if they will move to the TVA Tower. Why does UT need Knox County taxpayers to sign a 40 year lease for the TVA Tower so UT can sub-lease from Knox County taxpayers?
