Nominations for the Office of Neighborhood Empowerment’s Neighborhood Achievement Awards are now open through Friday, Jan. 30. These awards will be presented at the Neighborhood Awards Dinner in early March. The Neighborhood Achievement Award recognizes the work of the City of Knoxville neighborhood organizations that improve, protect, and enhance their neighborhoods.

Neighborhood organizations of any size or age may be nominated. Self-nominations are encouraged. Staff in our office do not always know about the great work happening across neighborhoods.  Award recipients will receive $100 for their neighborhood organization to use on future projects. Do not miss this opportunity to be recognized for the work your neighborhood accomplished in 2025. Awards will be presented at the invitation-only Neighborhood Awards Dinner this spring.

Neighborhood organizations may be nominated by completing the nomination form on the City’s website. Save the PDF to your computer and attach it to an email to sriley@knoxvilletn.gov.

You can also mail your completed form to City of Knoxville, Office of Neighborhood Empowerment, Suite 546, P.O. Box 1631, Knoxville, TN, 37901.
