On Saturday, April 11, Knox County Schools will host a Recruitment Fair for prospective employees. The event will feature principals from across Knox County, who will meet with candidates and share information about their school’s hiring needs.
Since 2022, KCS has made recruitment and retention a key focus of its work, and over the last two years, the district has made a historic investment of over $60 million in employee compensation. The district currently has around 100 teaching vacancies available for the 2026-27 school year.
