WHEREAS, Kirkland Acquisitions LLC has declared the said Deed of Trust due and payable and has requested foreclosure proceedings to be instituted; and as provided in said Deed of Trust, Edward D. Being the same property conveyed to Vertex Development TN, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company by Special Warranty Deed from Horne Development, L.P. a Tennessee limited partnership of record in Instrument No. 201802020045753, Register’s Office for Knox County, Tennessee.
