Radio insiders have confirmed a major change on the radio dial. Bruce Patrick who can be heard on air at 106.1 The River, is joining the “Radio Dream Team” of Journal Broadcasting. Sources indicate he will be responsible for managing promotions of the Journal Brand in the Knoxville market.
