This is an open call to artists to submit any 2 dimensional  artwork in any manner or any subject as  long as it fits within the confines of a gold frame.  3 dimensional work is also encouraged as long as it has gold in the piece.

The artwork must be original and well executed.  The gaudier the gold frame the better.  A special award will be given for the gaudiest gold frame of all.

Entry fee is $5 per piece with a maximum of three pieces.

All work accepted must be less than 4ft-4ft and have a secure wire to hang.

Drop off dates for work are Thursday-Saturday, November 17th-19th from 11am-7pm.

Pick up days for work after the show will be December Thursday and Friday, 29th and 30th from 11am-7pm.

Opening reception will be held 5-9ish PM, Friday December 2. (First Friday). And cash awards will be presented at 7:00pm.

Regular hours to view the exhibit are 11-7 Thursday-Saturday.

Broadway Studios is located at 1127 N Broadway NE, Knoxville. It is located one block south of WATE TV studios in Greystone Mansion across the street from the new K-Brew Coffee House.

Broadway Studios and Gallery is a collective of 10 artist with resident studios. It displays a new exhibit every month beginning on the first Friday of each month. It is always free to the public. Lessons are available upon request and there is a gift shop that features the artist’s work.
