Program: Kevin DuBose
Kevin DuBose is Director of Housing and Neighborhood Development for the City of Knoxville, a role he was appointed to in January of this year by Mayor Indya Kincannon.
Kevin currently leads a team of professionals engaged in affordable housing development, neighborhood revitalization, and non-profit capacity building in support of agencies addressing homelessness, energy/code deficient properties, and workforce development.

Community involvement: Food Drive for Pellissippi
Reminder: bring your non-perishables to the meeting! The Magnolia campus of Pellissippi SCC has a food pantry, but it isn’t regularly stocked. And food disparity is a huge problem among our local Magnolia campus students.
We need your help!
Please bring the following items to the May EKBPA member meeting:
- Canned or dry soups
- Canned stews or chili
- Canned vegetables
- Canned fruit
- Rice
- Packaged pasta (ex: Macaroni & Cheese, etc)
- Granola bars
- Cereal bars
- Cheese crackers
- Peanut butter crackers
- Ramen noodles
- And any other non-perishable food items
