On Wednesday, February 13 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. the Halls Senior Center is having an open house to celebrate 13 years of the senior center. Mayor Glenn Jacobs will be attending. There will be refreshments, free health screenings, a Valentine photo booth, Kissing Booth, a cupcake walk and door prizes. Everyone is welcome!
