This spring, Dr. Ace Edewards leads Scruffy City Orchestra in a very special concert celebrating their 10th anniversary. Part of the Cathedral Concert Series, the orchestra will perform in the Cathedral and hold a reception for audience members after the concert in Cathedral Hall (the “old” cathedral).

Program:
Verdi – Nabucco, SInfonia
Chausson – Poème, Op. 25, featuring violinist Ruth Bacon
Intermission
Saint-Saens – Organ Symphony No. 3 in C Minor, Op. 78, featuring Cathedral organist Ryan Seaver

Sunday, March 1, at 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: The Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, 711 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville
ADMISSION: Free (donations welcome). Ticket reservations are requested through Eventbrite. Please check the Cathedral Concert Series website for the ticket link, which is usually posted one to two weeks RECEPTION: After the concert, the audience is invited to meet Scruffy City Orchestra in Cathedral Hall for light refreshments as we celebrate 10 years of sharing classical music with the greater Knoxville community.
