The Knoxville Museum of Art will be closed Sunday, May 22 through Wednesday, May 25 in order to upgrade and replace the museum’s air conditioning system. The museum will resume regular public hours Thursday, May 26.

According to Executive Director David Butler, “We are pleased that we are able to maintain the landmark Clayton Building according to the highest museum standards, but regret any inconvenience this necessary work may cause our visitors.”
