The Downtown Home Tour benefitting the East Tennessee Historical Society returns this June

WHEN: Saturday, June 14, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

WHERE: East Tennessee History Center, 601 S. Gay Street, Knoxville, TN

The Downtown Home Tour presented by Home Federal Bank offers a unique opportunity to see what urban living has to offer and visit private residences that showcase the variety of homes that exist in downtown Knoxville. From historic buildings to brand new residences, this tour takes you on a journey throughout the downtown Knoxville footprint. This tour is walkable, but free shuttles are included.

This year’s tour features homes in The Holston, Lerner Lofts, Century Building, Commerce Lofts, The Crozier, and Yardley Flats. All proceeds from this event support the East Tennessee Historical Society’s ongoing mission to preserve, interpret, and promote the history of East Tennessee.

$150 VIP Tickets
Admission to all homes on the tour on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Plus admission to one VIP Access Only home, the beautiful home of Karen Spaid in The Century Building between 10 am-1pm. You are also invited to a VIP/Sponsor Party on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 5:30-7:30 pm in the Club Room at Regas Square condos, which includes a tour of the lovely home of Susan Brown during the party.  Limited number available and must be purchased by June 5.

$30 Advance Tour Tickets
Admission to all homes on the tour on June 14 except the home designed as VIP Access Only. Must be purchased by June 12.

$40 Day of Tour Tickets
On the day of the tour, tickets may be purchased for $40 at the East Tennessee History Center 9:30 am-2:30 pm.
