The John T. O’Connor Senior Center’s Winter Craft Fair ushers in the holiday season with one of our most beloved traditions. We bring together a varied group of local and regional artisans and crafters for a celebration of original and handcrafted goods on Wednesday, December 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 611 Winona St, Knoxville, TN. This fun event will feature a wide range of handmade items, such as home décor, baked goods, pottery, jewelry, adorable gnomes, and more. “Yule be glad you came!”

The craft fair offers attendees the opportunity to connect directly with the makers behind the products, learn about their creative process, and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces.

This year’s annual Winter Craft Fair offers a way to find unique gift items, support local small businesses, and provide a space for social interaction and creative expression.

According to a returning vendor, Jeanne, the “warm, creative down-to-earth community at the craft fair is what makes this show special.”  The Program Manager, Mary Sibbett,  highlighted the event’s offerings of “many wonderful gift choices, and it supports our local artisans and crafters.”

The O’Connor Center is a vibrant center for individuals age 50+ where programs and services do not just add years to their life, but life to their years. Each year, the Center provides over 50,000 units of service and serves over 2,600 citizens through a wide array of fitness, technology, recreational, music and artistic programs including health education and wellness screenings.
