Always In Bloom means customer service

A flower shop doesn’t have to be huge to be successful and Always in Bloom on Sutherland is a great example.
Jenny Austin and Leonard Palladino started the business in 2005 and Austin and her employees were busy last week taking orders and preparing centerpieces for a special UT event while taking other orders by telephone.
“We specialize in weddings and special events and everyday flower arrangements and we deliver or customers can come by and pick their flowers up,” Austin said.
Always in Bloom also offers balloons, a variety of fresh flowers and potted plants and orchids. The shop has four employees and is gearing up now for the prom and wedding season.
“We’re a small family business and known for our customer service,” she said, adding, “It is our attention to detail and everything is made fresh when ordered.”
If you stop by Always In Bloom you can buy a single stem flower or even make your own bouquet. Always in Bloom is located in the Hallmark Realty building at 3727 Sutherland and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until noon.
