Biden Scandals Are Bigger Than Watergate

Miranda Devine, a columnist with The New York Post, wrote on July 26th that it was “mystifying” that President Biden would be bragging about “Bidenomics…since polls show only one in three Americans approve of his handling of the economy.”
At the end of a blistering summary of all the money laundering, payoffs, and bribes surrounding the Biden family, she wrote that “now you know it (Bidenomics) is just the byword for corruption and coverup that dwarfs Watergate and every other Washington scandal in recent memory.”
She is right. The major difference with “Bidengate” is that the coverup now is aided and abetted by our very biased, dishonest, partisan national media.
The media put Joe Biden into the White House even though he hid in his basement during the campaign, and now they are doing everything they can to protect him.
I even heard Dana Bash on CNN and others say there is “no evidence” about this Biden family scandal when there is much more evidence than in most of the cases I tried as a lawyer and criminal court judge.
To say or write that there is no evidence shows either extreme bias, partisan blindness, or a misunderstanding (probably purposeful) of what evidence is.
Testimony under oath has been given by two IRS investigators. Much other evidence has come, some even on national television, from Hunter Biden’s business partners. The House Oversight Committee has uncovered voluminous evidence of all sorts of money laundering and tax evasion. There are memos and computer evidence of millions going to the “Big Guy” meaning Joe Biden himself. And much, much more.
Hunter Biden did not report millions of dollars of income from 2014 to 2019, obviously thinking all this money needed to be kept secret and hidden from federal authorities. Unfortunately, by the time details of the income were exposed, the statute of limitations had run out.
In 1931, Al Capone was convicted and sentenced to 11 years in federal prison, fined $50,000, and ordered to pay $215,000 plus interest due on back taxes. He would have loved a sweetheart deal like Hunter Biden got.
Democrats fell all over themselves and repeated over and over that the U.S. Attorney on the Biden case was a Trump appointee. What they didn’t tell you was that he was approved and recommended by Delaware’s two Democrat U.S. Senators. Trump accepted their choice because he didn’t want to fight with them on something like this so early in his administration.
Sen. Chuck Grassley on July 20 released an internal FBI document, FD1023, in which an informant the FBI described as “highly credible” said Mykola Zlochevsky, CEO of a Ukrainian energy company, paid $10,000,000 to the Bidens. Zlochevsky told the informant “it costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden and 5 (million) to another Biden”, all hidden from the IRS.
In an email found on Hunter Biden’s laptop, he (Hunter) told his daughter Naomi, 27, that she should not “worry, unlike Pop (Joe Biden) I won’t make you give me half your salary.” All this is evidence that some in the media say is not there.
Until Trump, Richard Nixon was the most hated man in American politics. Many in the media and in American universities have made the scandal known as Watergate seem to be the worst thing that ever happened in American politics.
Yet Richard Nixon never took a penny in bribes or payoffs from anyone, and especially not from any foreign oligarch. He didn’t know anything about the break-in at the Democratic headquarters which led to the coverup.
When you get down to the basics and take off partisan blinders, all Nixon did was not call the FBI to turn in his two top aides. The Watergate break-in was a political stunt that produced nothing and was certainly not a major crime like rape or murder.
If the two people closest to you told you they had broken into an opponent’s headquarters, would you tell them you were going to turn them in to the FBI? Before Watergate, almost no one would have said this.
Miranda Devine is right. Watergate pales in comparison to what the Biden crime family has done.
Most in the national media are very partisan Democrats. The only reason that the Biden scandal is not bigger than Watergate is because at this point it is the biggest coverup in American history.
