Knox County School Board members Katherine Bike and Jennifer Owen will attend a Community Story-Sharing on Market Square on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m., focused on the experiences that Tennessee public school students and families have had with the 3rd-grade retention law. Other school board members and elected officials have been invited to attend.
