11:00 am: “Thriller” Dance Class (Yes, Michael Jackson’s Thriller!)

12:30 pm: SAIL Class (Stay Active & Independent for Life)

1:30 pm: Line dancing

National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual older adult health and wellness event. For 32 years, the event has been held the last Wednesday in May.   For 2025, a new National Senior Health & Fitness Day Fall Event is set for the last Wednesday in October—10/29/25.

More than 100,000 seniors will participate at 1,000+ events across the U.S. during these days.
