Due to the ongoing circumstances of COVID-19, the Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Game’s board of directors have agreed to cancel the 2020 event. The festival will not be rescheduled and refunds will be given to early ticket purchasers. Exciting plans for hosting the games on May 15-16, 2021 are currently being made. Cancellation details have been given to sponsors, patrons, clan conveners, vendors, entertainers, contractors and other partners. More information on refunds for advance ticket purchases will be posted on the festival’s website soon. May 2019 was the most successful year ever, and although it is a great disappointment, the organizers are confident that the Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival & Games will come back strong in 2021.
