Democrats cause problems and Republicans fix them or at least try to.

It astounds me that people still identify as Democrats and support the party’s crazy policies instead of common sense. Even the few seemingly sensible Democrats like Harold Ford Jr. or Senator John Fetterman still adhere to party affiliation. However, Fetterman’s refusal to toe the party line has caused him to become ostracized by party elites since he rejects the radical, delusional Jacobins who have taken over the Democrat party. Incidentally, it’s not the “Democratic Party” because they are anything but democratic.
Perhaps Ford and Fetterman are holding out hope that reason and common sense will return to their party. Fetterman’s stroke seems to have clarified his thinking. However, Ford’s platitudes have become exceedingly tiresome and he has lost credibility. Perhaps Ford finds it harder to admit error and change than to deny reality and double down on Democrat craziness.
The Democrat party of FDR and John Kennedy no longer exists. It has been taken over by the progressive socialist radicals who are akin to the French Revolution’s Jacobins led by Robespierre. Surely there are sane elements of the Democrat party who are aware of the infamous French Reign of Terror with mob rule and the guillotine. I hope Ford and Fetterman are aware that history repeats itself. The radical Jacobins eventually turned on themselves and sent Robespierre to the guillotine. But too late for France where the destruction was devastating and led to Napoleon and world war.
Perhaps it is wishful thinking that there are remnants of sanity in the Democrat party. Surely some realize that you can’t turn a man into a woman or vice versa. “Follow the science,” they say. DNA defines sex, and the DNA in every cell of your body can’t be changed. Children who can’t drive a car, vote or get married should be protected from life-altering surgery and medications until their brains have matured sufficiently to make mature choices.
Surely there are Democrats who realize that defunding the police and opening the border promotes crime, illicit drug use, death and human trafficking.
Surely there are Democrats who see that releasing criminals and deranged people to the streets endangers everyone. Such “suicidal empathy” (Greg Gutfield) was demonstrated in NYC where a young woman refused to help prosecute a serial criminal who attacked her, only to have him murder another New Yorker.
No, I believe that most Democrats are sane enough to understand what is going on. And that makes it even more tragic. They are using their dislike of President Trump to turn a blind eye to evil and justify their support of the Jacobins who have taken over the Democrat party. I don’t expect people with TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome), like James Carville or Robert De Niro, to speak the truth. They are as crazy as today’s street Jacobins or the Nazi Brown Shirts of 1930s Germany. I understand that Democrat politicians are scared of the Jacobins they created to increase their power. But surely they realize the mob will, in the end, destroy them as well.
In 1776 Thomas Paine wrote his pamphlet “Common Sense” advocating independence from Great Britain. 2026 is the 250th year of the American Revolution and what Europe would later dub the American experiment. After seven years of war, the colonies won their freedom and the “experiment“ began.
The Founders were rightly terrified by the abuses of democracy in Ancient Greece. Benjamin Franklin likened such democracy to two wolves and a sheep deciding what’s for supper. Instead, The Founders created a representative republic form of government for the new nation. Our Constitutional Republic is predicated on the rule of law designed to protect us from criminals and abusive government, something Virginia Democrats still don’t seem to fathom. Nor do George Soros judges or globalist Klaus Schwab-trained bureaucrats. The Democrat party leadership understands the rule of law. They just don’t like it when laws hinder their acquisition of power.
It is time for common sense to reassert itself over the crazies. We fought a horrible Civil War to get rid of slavery. Districting on the basis of race is racist and unconstitutional. The Save Act must be passed to reaffirm that only citizens vote and proof of citizenship is required. Illegals, whose first act was to break our laws, must be deported. Fraud must be investigated and prosecuted. The war with Iran must be completed to prevent the radical apocalyptic regime from having a nuclear weapon and ballistic missiles to terrorize the world.
Since the Democrats have no valid policies other than opposing Trump on everything and TDS, they must not be allowed to retake the Congress and drag us into ridiculous impeachments again. Democrats like Kamala Harris have repeatedly stated that as soon as they return to power they plan to remove the Senate filibuster, pack the Supreme Court and give statehood to Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, undoubtedly producing four more Democrat senators. In the past, the filibuster has been used to prevent bad legislation, but waiting for the Democrats to remove it and produce generational harm to the country is far worse.
It is a time for patriotism and common sense to step up. For our children’s sake it is time for citizens to show courage. It is time for politicians to stand up to the Jacobin mob. And we must vote. So many have given so much for us to have this right not exercised in the recent Knox County election.
