Knox County School administrators held an emotionally charged meeting at Vine Middle School tonight. Many teachers and parents vented their frustration with the current climate at the school. One teacher stated “the hallways are running wild!” Another teacher admitted to being frustrated with factors such as attempting to contact a parent about a student and often finding that their phone has been disconnected. However, many of them find full or partial reconstitution the most frustrating aspect of the current situation. Pictured above, a Vine Middle School teacher expresses frustration with the thought of the reconstituting great teachers.
